Little Caesars Pizza

Their drive-thru doesn't work but they didn't leave a sign up or anything lol. They're always down to one person doing everything by themselves, so you'll be waiting in line for a while. Other than that, good pizza joint.

I visit this location twice each month after class because every location between near greater from 8 mile - 10 mile is mess. BUT, this Hoover location has held some standard for their service. They are fast, friendly, and the food is well made, which has become rare for little ceasars in this area. This is the only location I’m willing to patronize within 10 miles of my home!

Don't go to this one. I don't know what it is, management, low staff, or whatever, but i just moved in nearby recently so I thought that it would be nice to try a few places. This one, however, was so strange, that nobody was working the counter expect one person during busy times. I did a pizza portal order and we waited roughly 15 minutes for it to come out. You would think this is where it ends, but NO. I opened it up and it was cheese, when I ordered pepperoni. So I waited roughly 2 minutes for someone to come back to the counter (a bunch of others were also waiting for someone at the counter, for different reasons), and when they did, I told them they were missing the pepperoni and the ranch, which i also ordered (2). She went to fix it, then eventually came back, and gave me a new box. So, I opened this new one, and she left in a hurry into the back before I could make sure it was right this time, and low and behold, the ranch was still missing. So I just left, cuz how the hell do you forget what I just told you not even 1 minute ago. I understand, maybe she was overworked, but then get more people to work or close the DRIVE THRU. Will not be going to this one again. UPDATE:

It's Halloween & they are busy busy!!! Customers being rude to them, wanting them to rush. They can't go any faster than they're already going unfortunately. With that many people and pizzas being ordered only so many can go through the oven at a time. I literally told them I was going to pray for them tonight, and I did!! They were very friendly, and considering it's Halloween they're having to work and not with their kids and it being busy. They were in great spirits & the pizza was good as well. 🙏🏾
